THERAPY IS A JOURNEY ON THE PATH TO SELF DISCOVERY

“I believe strongly in the resiliency and potential of individuals at any age to learn, gain new insight and create change.

Whether you are 30 or 90 that remains possible. With a wide range of background and experience, I will accompany you on your journey as a partner and active participant. We will be engaged together in the process.”

Where to get started?

  • 1. Do your research

Referrals from trusted friends, family or other professionals can be helpful in your research. Researching the therapists experience and areas of expertise is also important, as well as the modality that they use in their practice.

  • 2. Choose a therapist

The relationship between therapist and client is a critical component in the outcome of therapy. It is a personal and unique decision that only you can make. Think ahead what is important to you and be willing to share your needs and therapeutic goals with the therapist you wish to work with.

  • 3. Schedule a consultation

Although I do not offer a free session for consultations, I am more than happy to have a 15 minute phone conversation so that we can mutually assess whether we are the right match for one another. I take my relationships with clients very seriously and commit myself fully to the process as long as my clients show the same level of commitment.
